There has been a regional show and trade fair in Lohr a.Main since 1976. MSP Expo is a traditional trade fair at which companies from all over the Main-Spessart region are represented. Lohr Town Council is the perfect patron.
The show takes place every two years on the Mainlände car park down at the riverside. In cooperation with the fair and exhibition organiser Josef Werner Schmid GmbH, the region is given the opportunity to show off its strengths. The next MSP Expo is due to take place from 29th September to 3rd October 2018.

The "Stadthalle", Lohr's new Civic Hall, has been available for booking since December 2016. With its large congress hall, three seminar and conference rooms, a foyer flooded with natural light, and a fully equipped catering area, it offers abundant space and all the relevant technology for occasions ranging from business events and conferences, to trade fairs, congresses and festive receptions.
The "Altes Rathaus" (old town hall) and "Alte Turnhalle" (former gym) can be booked for smaller events. The Cultural Office of Lohr Town Council looks after the letting of these venues.

The next MSP Expo takes place from 29th September to 3rd October 2018.
